TERMS OF SERVICE
💫 GENERAL INFORMATION- Prices are in EURO (€).- Payment is made via PayPal.- You send the payment after seeing the sketch.- I will send the final drawing via email (for better quality).- I need a reference (a photo/image/description).
🌠 I DRAW:- OCs, skysonas, animals.
⛔ I DO NOT draw:- NSFW, mechas, violence, armor/weapons, complex backgrounds, characters without references.
⏰ TIMING:- Usually up to 1 week from the moment I start drawing, depending on the type of commission.- Commissions are completed in the order they are received. If I have others before yours, it will naturally take more time.
💸 REFUNDS:- Refunds are only available if the drawing has not been started.- Please note that PayPal takes a small fee, which will not be refunded. You’ll receive the equivalent minus that fee.- Completed drawings are non-refundable. Since this is a custom product, refunds are not possible once it's done.
